Forum Why isn’t my email activity working?

      Dear all,

      Recently, I discovered that a process faulted in the email activity, which seemed to be configured correctly.
      The email should have been sent to a user group, and the user group contained users as well.
      I was double-checking the configuration and noticed that the process was using the first version of the SendEmail activity.
      The user group name was applied to the ToUserGroup field.

      Did I do something wrong?
      Do I need to configure the old SendEmail differently?

        Hi,

        have you tried using the user group id instead of the user group name in the configuration?
        The old SendEmail activity does require the id of the user group, when sending an email to a user group.
