there could be a lot of points that makes your app slowly.
1. Network Issues
Please note that slow loading times could be because of an temporarily network issue. In this case your app would work as expected again after the network issue was fixed.
2. Resource limit reached
You can check the resource monitor in the account management page. You can find the monitor here: “User Profile in top right corner > Manage account > Resource Monitor”
If any % limit is reached here please inform us about that. (Data / IO / Log / DB Size/ DTU used)
3. Other problems
To identify the problem faster we need some more details. It is very helpful to note these points when you have slow loading times:
– Account and subscription
– date and time of the slow time
– the interacting user and his location
– expected loading time and current loading time in seconds
– are all dashboards and processes affected or are there specific ones? (give samples)
4. Network Tab
You can give us more information by checking the network tab by yourself. When you are on the page where you have slow loading times, you can check the network tab for http status codes. You can open the network tab with “Right Click” > “Inspect” > Click on Tab: “Network”. Leave this tab open and reload the page. After reloading you can see a list of http calls and their status codes. Check if there is any error or retry status code. If yes you should inform us about that.
