recently, we discovered that some schedules were “Stopped”.
The gray field on the left side of the schedule name displayed “Stopped”.
Is there a way to figure out, if this was caused by a deployment or if these schedules were stopped manually?
Thanks in advance, much appreciated.
Best wishes,
Kathy
if your account is using build version 5715 or higher, you can have a look at the Manage account > Info & Stats > User Transactions.
Within the user transactions, you will be able to see if another user started or stopped a schedule.
Best wishes,
Lilian
